Karachi (Wednesday, February 20, 2013) – Government of Sindh has launched a housing scheme for the common men who can not afford their residences in the market.
Govt of Sindh will provide 50,000 (fifty thousand) residential plots with all basic facilities including sewerage, water supply, electricity, Sui Gas and other developments.
Scheme launched in 8 districts of sindh province (Karachi, Hyderabad, Jamshoro, Thatta, Dadu, Mirpur Khas, Khairpur and Tandu Muhammad Khan)

Plots allotment through balloting/Draw

How to Apply for this Project?
Application forms are available in all branches of Sindh Bank. You have to pay 500 Rupees to get this form. The form is not refundable so first verify that are you eligible for this scheme or not.
Who is Eligible for this Scheme?
There are no any type of complications about eligibility. You have to proof only two basic requirements to prove that you are Suitable for this Scheme. And these are as follows.
- You should be Permanent Residential of Sindh
- Total Household Income must be not more than 10,000 PKR
